My Uncle has lived in this facility since May, 2012. He had a stroke which he has never recovered. He is paralyzed on his right side and his ability to communicate was significantly impaired. However, over the years, his care team has remained engaged and kept me informed of any information that was relevant to his mental or physical health. The facility was extreamely clean the staff friendly and proffesional, answered all questions with clear n consist explation of our concrrn.Nurse Judy Brown who was with our family member was just phonomial she is definitely the Nurse needed with our family her personality and grit it's just outstanding. Thank you and the staff of this facility.😇💙

The facility staff were extremely nice. Judy was amazing and very helpful. It takes a lot off one’s mind when they have to leave their loved ones there.

Came to visit it my dear friend Linda Smith I was most grateful to Therapist for the exceptional support from Judy Brown , Physical Therapist for her kind dedicated care. She directed us to a special reception room where we had a private visit. She made sure to tell us about progress Linda is baking. The Health Care District is a great place for people to receive a high standard of Physical Thereapy
