Overall everything was okay. I wouldn't really recommend the place only because of the fact that some of the front desk people aren't very friendly. There was one lady that was friendly and then the one next to her was very unfriendly. And then dr.diamond was okay. I kind of felt like he rushed the appointment and didn't really seem concerned at all. So overall I would say the place is just okay.
One of the best doctors
Had me schedule a follow-up to my follow-up appointment after I was hospitalized with RSV and Pneumonia. Then, he rescheduled that follow-up because of scheduling issues, and still managed to overbook that appointment, and that is incredibly unprofessional. Who schedules a follow-up TO A FOLLOW-UP, reschedules the second follow up, AND OVERBOOKS THE RESCHEDULED APPOINTMENT?? I had an appointment today and let me just say how rude the office front staff is. The young lady had an attitude from the moment I walked up to the desk. I wasn’t the only one she was rude to either. I came back to the office after leaving for a few questions I forgot to ask and she was rolling her eyes and just very rude. There should not be someone at the front the office who doesn’t enjoy their job and has no customer service skills.
