MY SIS IS A PATIENT OF THIS 'DUFUS'! SHE HAS 4TH STAGE LUNG DISEASE AND IS USING A DEFECTIVE TANK, NEEDS A NEW PRESCRIPTION IN ORDER TO GET SERVICED APRIA WHICH SUPPLIES THE EQUIPMENT. One of the best doctors
Had me schedule a follow-up to my follow-up appointment after I was hospitalized with RSV and Pneumonia. Then, he rescheduled that follow-up because of scheduling issues, and still managed to overbook that appointment, and that is incredibly unprofessional. I had an appointment today and let me just say how rude the office front staff is. The young lady had an attitude from the moment I walked up to the desk. I wasn’t the only one she was rude to either. I came back to the office after leaving for a few questions I forgot to ask and she was rolling her eyes and just very rude. There should not be someone at the front the office who doesn’t enjoy their job and has no customer service skills.
