Overall everything was okay. I wouldn't really recommend the place only because of the fact that some of the front desk people aren't very friendly. There was one lady that was friendly and then the one next to her was very unfriendly. And then dr.diamond was okay. I kind of felt like he rushed the appointment and didn't really seem concerned at all. So overall I would say the place is just okay.
MY SIS IS A PATIENT OF THIS 'DUFUS'! SHE HAS 4TH STAGE LUNG DISEASE AND IS USING A DEFECTIVE TANK, NEEDS A NEW PRESCRIPTION IN ORDER TO GET SERVICED APRIA WHICH SUPPLIES THE EQUIPMENT. THEY ARE NOT RESPONDING TO THE 'URGENCY' OF THIS PRESCRIPTION!!! THE OFFICE DOES NOT RESPOND TO THEIR PATIENTS' NEEDS' AS THEY REQUIRE THEM. One of the best doctors
Had me schedule a follow-up to my follow-up appointment after I was hospitalized with RSV and Pneumonia. Then, he rescheduled that follow-up because of scheduling issues, and still managed to overbook that appointment, and that is incredibly unprofessional.
