Not only is it a 2 hour wait to see the doctor every time, but beware of the male secretary at the front desk who is taking advantage of patients' co-payments to steal your money. He swiped my credit card and maxed it out in an effort to profit. His name is Cesar. Be VERY careful. If you need to make a payment, do not let him get a hold of your information, have someone else do it. Not to mention if this unfortunately happens to you, the administrative staff will do absolutely nothing to assist you.
After failed by several doctors, He works. He is nice, he returned phone call 11:30Pm when the on-call resident ignored us. He spent long time with us explain every details. He worked to get us huge discount.He is so confident but so humble. best doctor I ever had.
