I'm fairly new to getting regular healthcare from the VA but from my experiences so far I have had nothing but very good care and positive interactions, especially from the nurses and people at the front desk! Everyone is doing the best they can given how many veterans come and go throughout the hospital every single day. A little patience goes a long way when receiving determining the best care possible for every individual.
Thank You to the Dr and the girl nurse with black hair who was kind to me and helped me be less anxious when I was in intense physical pain. Wish I could remember the names. Things to work on would be for the hospital administrator to get you more staff. And arrange therapy so nobody gets numb to their work environment.
