Rasheeda makes a lot of billing mistakes. She overcharged me on several occasions and was unapologetic about it. I would recommend getting care elsewhere because of the admin staff and billing coordinator
Customer service is lacking
The dentist and dental hygienist are great but the admin staff and billing coordinator are rude and unresponsive. When you can even get them to answer the phone.
Rashida never returns calls
Requested a call back at 11 am to discuss treatment plan and appointment and never received one.
