Following a recent procedure, the patient was given inaccurate information regarding their treatment plan and left without proper post-care instructions or support to manage ongoing pain. Failing to provide adequate post-treatment guidance and abandoning a vulnerable older patient to suffer without assistance falls far below acceptable standards of care."
