Today I waited three hours to see Dr McFarland. This was absolutely the worst experience I ever had. Even though he apologized. I feel the office manager needs to have coordination of appointments done correctly. Dr McFarland said he saw numerous patients scheduled after me by the office staffs mistake. I have never been so upset with a visit. Some one should be held responsible for this. They totally forgot about me
Dr. McFarland performed a complete reverse shoulder replacement on my left shoulder in February 2022. It works so well and without any pain that I can't even tell I had it done. Excellent surgeon in excellent facility. Excellent personality and bedside manner.
Dr. McFarland performed a surgery to repair my left shoulder. Surgery was performed on this shoulder previously; however, it was not done properly. I am happy with the outcome of a reverse shoulder replacement. I'm back again for Dr McFarland to mend the damage to the right shoulder, due to a fall.
Everything about this office is okay but when it comes to the receptionist the ones who answer the phone is so rude I can’t even schedule my follow that I need she won’t even answer the phone
He is the best. Gives old time personal care. May have to wait. He knows his stuff and has a great rate of problem free surgery and recovery. Provides lots of patient guides that he has written with others. I had a badly torn rotator cup and bicep tendon. He rushed me in and made sure I got set up for surgery and great care. Funny guy. My wife now sees him for her injured shoulder. It can take a while for an I ititla appointment.he works with a great team.
