If there was any competition these guys would be out of business. It took almost 8 months to get ductwork and a furnace installed from the day I called. Kevin Scott the salesman (after showing up late) had no idea what he was looking at when he initially gave me a quote, I ended up having to hire other people and do large portions of the job myself. I always had issues every time I asked for oil for my house. The girl would always be rude and mean. I was selling my house and they went and said they had to do a Inspection report for the sale.. I had a guy go in and do some work on my furnace. he passed everything I had a Certificate. When This Place went to do service for the sale, they turned off My heat didn't tell me on the coldest night of the year and called me the next day, around 3 o'clock in the afternoon.
