Recently had a new furnace installed to replace a 21 year old one (which the guys discovered had a cracked heat exchanger that could have failed anytime!). Efficient and customer focused experience all round from site visit and quote by Kevin to thoroughly professional installation by Andrew and Kody. Clean up after the job was excellent. The new unit is both more efficient and much quieter. Definitely made the right choice in choosing McDougall!
The installers were friendly and courteous. They worked efficiently together. It was good to have a positive experience.
We had to replace our oil tank and lines as per our house insurance so we looked into getting propane instead! Had a few quotes but had been dealing with McDougall energy for our oil fill for decades! Called Kevin Scott the territory manager for sales from McDougall and he came to our place giving us a quote and advice on either getting propane or oil! Best plan we ever made! I’ve been a loyal customer of Mike Walsh at McDougall Energy Inc. for 12 years—he’s always been fair, transparent, responsive, and simply a pleasure to deal with. In April 2025, I received an email from Donnie Bruni informing me that Mike had retired and that Donnie would now be handling my account. I use around 1,000 gallons per year.
