I’ve been a loyal customer of Mike Walsh at McDougall Energy Inc. for 12 years—he’s always been fair, transparent, responsive, and simply a pleasure to deal with. In April 2025, I received an email from Donnie Bruni informing me that Mike had retired and that Donnie would now be handling my account. I use around 1,000 gallons per year. When I called the dispatcher Bob, to speak with Donnie in Goderich, he assured me it wasn’t necessary—he already knew my usage and history. Find they are good in general customer service and fair in business. But their email billing needs work. It is difficult to understand, therefore, phone calls are made to sort out and better understand..
