I hit a deer and had to have the front end of my vehicle repaired. My agent, Edward Felker, was awesome! He checked on my claim daily until everything was settled and completed. It was a huge relief because there were times I felt a little overwhelmed. It’s because of this service that I’ll remain with American Family.
Edward has been my insurance agent since I began insuring things 14 years ago. I have had multiple automobiles and homes insured through him. I am confident I will be covered if I ever need to file a claim. I would reccommend him to anyone.
We used to have American Family as our insurance provider some years ago and left them due to ever increasing rates. We just switched back to them. As I like their rates now, time will tell if they remain affordable. Edward Felker and his team have been extremely helpful in getting us set back up with American Family!
