Dr. Philliis is definitely the best OB/GYN I have ever had. I was his patient for about six or seven years. A niece that delivered with him recommended him to me. He is a no nonsense, very practical, very good rapport with patients, easy-going and extremely knowledgeable. I would recommend him hands-down to anyone! I'm only sorry that having moved to Orlando it is no longer practical to have him as my doctor.
I have been going to Dr. Phillips for many years. The time he spends with me is always enjoyable. You are not a number at his practice. He gives you a thorough examination and listens to all your concerns. Then after the exam he sits down with you in his office and explains any medication that he is order for you thoroughly.

Dr Phillips & Roca delivered my high risk twins. They always listened to my questions and needs, and I feel like they played a huge roll in my flawless c-section, recovery, & my "high risk" ability to successfully carry happy healthy twin boys to term. They spent a lot of time ensuring I was getting the best care, not just "cookie cutter" service--both in hospital and in office. His partner, Dr Roca, also went above & beyond my expectations. I would highly recommend him for Obstetrics!
