I have been trying to make an appt for 2 months at the time of this review. No one calls you back. When you do reach someone, you get bounced around on the phone with no resolution each time.
Clean office. Polite staff. Dr. Kellenberger was very thorough and understanding. He also listened to what I had to say. Thank you !
My appointment was scheduled for Dr. K to read an MRI. After calling 40 minutes late I was told that since I could not properly Face Time that my appointment was up. The staff told me that they would have to speak with the doctor to reschedule this appointment. I had waited several weeks for this one. I am a retired RN and found this to be uncaring and will move on to a different group of professionals.
I wouldn't let scheduling conflicts interfere with seeing a great doctor.
My appointment was canceled because (I'm told) Dr. Kellenberger decided to go on vacation. Fine. What is not fine was that I was given limited options to reschedule that worked with his schedule but gave no consideration to mine. When the proposed time didn't work for me, I told that it was on me to call three other offices to see if I could be fit in.
