We generally don't go to this walk in clinic but decided to give it a try since it is the closest to us. The actual visit experience was subpar. Such a long wait time despite the place being empty. The doctor decided to run respiratory tests (influenza, rsv, covid etc.) and we got billed for them as "hospital services". I have never seen that happen since they generally covered as part of the visit. I have spent a good amount of the day calling various numbers today. UPDATE: I am beyond disappointed in EVERY aspect of the Endeavor / Edward Elmhurst system. Since my doctor stopped working at this company (and notice was not given to anyone that had appointments for the first week) the health care team has FAILED repeatedly. I was promised a smooth and easy transition process after my doctor’s departure and it has been the WORST transition process I’ve ever been through with a company. I’ve been reaching out to Patient Experience for over 2 weeks and they refuse to even address the issues.... read more
Endeavor should undo whatever they did to lose Dr. Patel. My business and all my referrals will follow wherever he ends up. He was the BEST doctor you had in all my years of being with your company. Endeavor gave almost no notification of his absence or what is going on. Endeavor screwed up BIG TIME
Took my baby in for the first time to get her blood drawn she is 2 years old and they handled it very well I will definitely go back if I need to get anything done. Thank you for the amazing work you did.
I wish I could give them a better rating but I had a horrible experience this morning. I’m not feeling the greatest and therefore went in for a Strep, COVID and RSV test. The nurse stuck the swab so far up my nose that blood started gushing out. I had blood all on my leggings and hoodie and we could not get the bleed to stop for a while. The nurse told me to tilt my head backwards (in which, I knew better but complied anyways) and the blood started pouring down the back of my throat and I was choking on my blood/coughing it ... read more
