This place has turned me down 2times. Both times it was 1 hr before they closed they will make zero exceptions to see you. I came in in 1:01 and she said she couldn't do my glucose test couldnt be done because they close at 2. I work at a clinic as well and we make exceptions for our patients. Not to mention I'm 8months pregnant.
The staff was very nice , energetic, and efficient.
I was initially glad to find this place because it’s hard to find Covid shots for toddlers. But this morning, I discovered the woman who gave my son his shot left the damn syringe on the floor of our car on top of his books and stuffed animals. I was so mad I couldn’t even see straight, so I called the manager and she did my call very seriously. She was very apologetic, but I’m still of course so upset that a syringe was left in my damn car.
Their clinic etiquette was very unwelcoming and not inviting at all. They had no empathy at all.
We generally don't go to this walk in clinic but decided to give it a try since it is the closest to us. The actual visit experience was subpar. Such a long wait time despite the place being empty. The doctor decided to run respiratory tests (influenza, rsv, covid etc.) and we got billed for them as "hospital services". I have never seen that happen since they generally covered as part of the visit. I have spent a good amount of the day calling various numbers today.
