This review is for the Edward Elmhurst OBGYN team in Plainfield. I started seeing this office for regular routine care after switching from another medical group. Once I became pregnant I began to see all the providers. At each appointment, they made sure to answer any questions I had and explain any tests or procedures I was due for. I felt greatly taken care of. The worst place ever. Appointments never run on time. After getting taken back to a room you still have to wait. EVEN IF YOURE THE FIRST APPOINTMENT! They never run on time and never want to tell you that until you’re waiting 20 minutes past your appointment time, and finally ask them what’s happening. Oh, and when I asked them to put me on birth control they made me get an ultrasound first & said if I refuse the ultrasound I cannot get the birth control? Like girl what? Anyways worst place ever. Excellent care after walking out of the Naperville main campus we with a small bowel obstruction. I went to Edward er, fell to the waiting room floor with uncontrollable vomiting for three hours. When my husband showed up I said take me home no one care here. He took me to Edward Plainfield where I was promptly seen, received a CT scan and was medicated with Dilauded. Later hospitalized for three days.
