Worst experience ever. The doctor was dismissive and the nurse was short with us. This is the first time I have been back to this facility in about a year and it was a disappointment. Last time they sent my child to the er for “appendicitis” which was not the case it was the stomach virus. This time my child was sick they agin tried to tell me appendicitis again and go to the er nothing they could do for me. No offer of testing for flu,covid, or rsv. On April 23rd, I contacted the office to request an accommodation letter for my workplace, explaining my medical condition. The office agreed to assist and scheduled an appointment for me to meet with Dr. Garcia on April 24th.
