I’m very upset with this place the lady who answered the phone name in the scheduling departments was very extremely rude she refused to give me her name she sounded like indian when I asked for information about my doctors office or any nurse available she rudely told me she didn’t know anything about that information I was asking and I told her so you tell me you can’t tell me anything about the information I’m asking you rude workers in your his place.

Dr Teresa Alexander recommended me a product/supplement to take. Turns out the way she told me to take the supplement (as a suppository) it strictly says on the products website NOT to use it that way. Also waited a month for test result, never heard anything from them besides the multiple times I reached out. Turns out my test was “inconclusive” and wanted me to come back. Worst place ever. In 2 days they gave me 3 different answers regarding my condition. They never responded to my concerns and questions. After taking medication and still having symptoms they just ignored me. Thanks God I found another doctor and would never ever go back to this place. If your health is important to you, you don’t want to go here.

I had made an appointment for two sets of x-rays. Didn't wait long at all after being welcomed by the front desk and them taking my name. I was brought in by the x-ray tech and she looked over what was to be done. However, what my doctor had requested and what I had told her my shoulder pain was coming from, she called my doctor to confirm what he was looking for. Checking in through MyChart is not enough apparently. They have extensive signage saying you should make sure you are checked in if you have not been called within 10 minutes of your scheduled time. Just make sure you check in at the reception.
