I went through two surgeries and the doctor did a good job. Overall, I am satisfied with the medical care I received. However, the billing department is extremely unprofessional and disorganized. From the beginning, they showed a lack of basic understanding of billing and insurance processes. Went to this facility because they said they treated a complicated dx I had. The doctor couldn't be bothered to sit and discuss anything with me, she stood by the door with her arms crossed the entire time. Proposed a "treatment" that I KNEW wouldn't work. Guess what? It didnt, i was back in immediate care. On top of that, they completely ordered the wrong test so going in the first place was pointless...
