Used twice. both times exceptional service.
This is the worst location which stinks because I live in downers grove and it’s convenient. All of my doctors are through EE. I have lupus and other issues and get bloodwork often. There’s a standing order. Every single time I have come to this location they don’t see the order or they cannot find my vein. I have driven straight from this location to Lombard and have ZERO issues. I have to go out of my way to avoid this place as it’s just a waste of time. I question the people that work here.
If you want to feel like you’re being treated by a prison warden for the drive-thru service, I recommend. That said, I can’t speak to the service indoors, hopefully it’s better.
