The worst customer service I have ever had been with company 10 years and had to deal with front office lady hanging up on me she would not let me talk to explain what was going on would not answer the phone when I tried calling back had to change office location great insurance horrible office location stay away from this office!!! Thinking of changing insurance companies all together!!!!!
We have been with State Farm for a few decades and I have recently had the opportunity to work with this office, particularly Stephanie and Matthew. They are amazing people! They are hard-working and knowledgeable, they're kind, understanding and extremely professional. It's an absolute pleasure working with them. I would recommend this office to everyone! Mathew Lopez a rep at State Farm was very rude I called to talk about a bill was very aggressive angry over the phone had to have the last word wish I could give 0 stars did not help at all very disappointed with this branch having State Farm for years
Matthew is very exuberent in his role. Adept at speaking. Keep up the great attitude. Probably going places my guy. Insurance did its thing.
