Dr. Berg cauterized my nose two days ago. It was extremely, and unusually, painful, even the day after the procedure. I got into another ENT right away, and they were shocked with the damage he did. He burnt my nose down to the cartilage, all the way from the blood vessel he was trying to cauterize down to the underside of my nose. During the procedure, he let the silver nitrate drip down my face and did not clean it up.
