Yesterday my 90 year old mom had an appointment with Dr. Edward Conrad Gabalski an ENT -Otolaryngologist at the Lake Success location. We waited 2.5 hrs to see him and after finally being called in and being seen by his PA Alexa he walked in. He didn't introduce himself nor apologize for the wait. I’m quite surprised to see all the negative reviews. I had a pleasant experience with DR. G, he took time to explain in detail the pros/cons of having a procedure done. Even recommended few options and recommendations prior to finalizing my decision. He was straightforward and to the point. I’m glad I selected him from the proposed list.
Dr. Gabalski was great from the moment I met him through my entire surgery and recovery process. He explained everything thoroughly and made sure I knew exactly what to expect after surgery. He was professional, caring, and always took the time to answer my questions. Everything healed nicely, and I’m very happy with the results. Highly recommend!
