I went there because I was told that I had a nodule. They took a sonogram and said I had three nodules and to come back in February. I went back for my follow up appointment for the results of my blood work. I saw the PA and she said that my thyroid was working perfectly. I asked if they had tested for anything else and she said no. I told her that I was losing weight and I lost approximately 20 pounds and she told me to eat more. Extreme administrative negligence—avoid if you value your time and creditI’ve been a patient here for years, but I’ve finally reached my breaking point. This office is a piece of work. They will reschedule your sonograms and visits constantly. Worse, when they ruined my bloodwork, they made me come back and charged me for another bloodwork to fix their error. WOW! I have never dealt with a more messed up practice run by more inept and disrespectful people in my life. My one star is for Jackie the NP. The office Manager, Greg I believe, is the rudest most disrespectful person I have spoke to in health care and I work in healthcare. I will be filling a complaint with every agency I can over this office and recommend to everyone and anyone to stay away.
