Had some issues with a bracelet of mine and Will fixed me up in under 10 minutes! Excellent service and super nice. Definitely coming back
Unfortunately I cannot recommend Edward anymore. There has been issues with nearly every piece I’ve purchased from Edward and instead of truly fixing the issues he’ll just do some minor detail work and tell me the piece is beautiful. I’m tired of being gaslit, ignored, and made to feel guilty for his mistakes.

This has to be one of the best jewelers to come to. They are always so nice and professional. The pricing is great and every time I’ve come here, I’ve had nothing but great experiences. On top of great customer service and pricing, the amount of time to get your jewelry back for repairs is very quick and their communication is great!
Will at Edward & Co Jeweler is the BEST. I was in a pinch the other day and he went above and beyond to take care of my needs! I’d leave 20 stars if it were an option!!!
