Horrible customer service.I did not expect to be talked to like that after having many years of business with them.I would not use this office.the insurance itself is great but take your business to another office.
I am writing this review regarding my agent, Mr. Edward Carrillo. In the past I have had insurance agents who just took my order. If I said I wanted something, even if it was not in my best interest, they would fill the order. For example, if I wanted lower coverage than I really needed based on my assets, that is what the agent would write.
