Doesn't do what he says he'll do. Another contractor who can't follow through. Waste of time and intentionally unpleasant.

Ed Callahan remodeling replaced a leaky skylight and repaired a couple of vent pipes on the roof. This was by far one of the better experiences with getting repair work done on the house. They communicated very well - and the estimator showed up on time, was very nice, and provided a very reasonable estimate the next business day. The gutters themselves are great, the road to getting them installed on my house was not. Had to call multiple times just to get someone on the phone, was promised install multiple times just to not have them done. And then when I would call to find out why it wasn't done the person in charge seemed more confused than I was that they weren't completed. After discovering a leak in our roof, we called half a dozen people for help. Not only was Edward Callahan the only one the responded, he came to our house, looked at the damage and had someone out to fix it within a day. Mind you, this all happened during the current pandemic. I can not recommend Ed and his team more. As a small business owner who can not operate right now, it's great to see a small company that is working hard for the community. This company deserves the highest praise. Thank you!
