Although Dr. Bruno knows what he is doing, I’ve had several issues with the other people that work there. I have called reception (on more than one account) and almost Every time they have been dismissive about the problems that I had. Another time would be when I was given No instructions on how to use rubber bands, other than where they should be (showed on bag). I have also been insulted, TWICE.
