Over the past few years Edward Beiner in the Mall at Millennia location Orlando has twice serviced different pairs of designer frameless prescription glasses for me free of charge! First time they replaced the nose pads and adjusted the fit on a pair I bought in the store. Second time they replaced a delicate screw and nut (see pic right side) on a classic pair of frameless designers I bought somewhere else! I’ve shopped at Edward Beiner years ago and purchased quality glasses and their company stood by their products. Not anymore! I spent almost $1,000 on a pair of Balmain sunglasses. Within a couple weeks the sunglasses tint began to rub off just from using the included lens cleaning cloth, then screws started to fall out, and the side glare fins that I thought were part of the glasses frame began to fall off.
