We went to the store at mall at millenia to get a Cartier frame for prescription glasses. For almost 5 weeks they kept playing with us “your glasses are not in let us call the Cartier lab and we will call you back” or “didn’t your sale associate call you back? I’ll ask him to call you” until finally we couldn’t take anymore and requested a refund. At the end we have to involved the bank to get our money back.
