Bought a pair of Balmain sunglasses for over $1,000. Within two months the tint was wearing off and the set screw holding the lens in place kept backing out. Went back to E-BIKE and they told me my 30-day warranty had expired and they were willing to do NOTHING. I contacted Balmain directly and they told me Edward Beiner was not an authorized Balmain distributor and they refused to uphold any warranty. Stay away from sellers that market brands they are not licensed to sell. Buyer beware.

This store was recommended and I bought my second customized Cartier glasses. At first it was great. Everyone was kind, the lady I work with was assisting us with our request. The glasses came out great. But attitude from the associate changed when we start asking for our stuff back ( personal lens used to create the glasses), also the paperwork and stamp that comes with the Cartier.
