Been waiting 6 weeks on xray results, I call and call and never can get an answer when I do they say they will call back with results but then they never do. Im now being billed for this and still haven’t received any results. Also the front desk assistants failed to gather my insurance information before allowing me back to see the doctor I did get that sorted before I left but they had to be reminded. Worst physician I’ve ever been to will not be back. All I’m asking for is my results in which I’m being billed for.
I love this place! First of all it is clean, and second of all, the staff is friendly!! Dr. Bass is the best! He comes in and take a seat , never in a hurry, and he listens . He is very approachable and cares about his patients! Job well done!!! 🫶
