Dr. Donohue saved my life and I am forever grateful. I found him to be very easy to talk to and a caring doctor. His staff is as outstanding as he is. horrible doctor, I will be speaking to lawyers about him. He did not give me proper medical treatment for an ear infection and he refused to listen to me when I told him something was wrong and I wasn't getting better. He wrongfully accused me of "sabotaging" my own ear and even went so far aso to claim he had staff members who reported seeing me stick pencils and other things into my ear purposely. Turns out, the medicine he put me on caused a fungal infection in my ear that he ignored and refused to treat. He is a horrible... read more

Dr. Kerpelman is an excellent doctor. She is very knowledgeable and spends the time to talk to you. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! :)
Sadly dissapointed after my left ureter stent installation. The pain that was overlooked by all staff was uncalled for. During the procedure my ureter tore and causing me to pee blood for 4-5 days after the procedure. Huh, do you think there is any pain associated with that? Guess what? More pain than the 20 prescribed pain meds could keep up with. I hate pain meds, but when I can't sleep or work, it is wrong not to have some empathy for the patient. Avoid. This. Doctor. Her office assistants are the only reason why she is still in practice. I came to her with very clear VISIBLE pituitary or adrenal issues, a completed MRI and current labwork from that week. She blew me off entirely. I suffered thinking I was simply going crazy until a reccent specialist confirmed that I have a significant endocrine issue specific to my pituitary which was on the MRI. When I arrived to the office, the front office staff were very helpful and courteous.
I do not like this dr. I have seen him a few times and EVERY time all he does is sit and type on a laptop for about 3 hrs He does not do anything else. I will not go back.,I have found a new neurologist.
Took my dad there for the first time and the check in person was not friendly at all. The only word she said to me was the Dr will see u soon. The doctor was more concerned that my 89 year old dad couldn't hear him and that he was in a wheel chair and not walking and because of this he decide he wasn't taking any new patients If so why did the make an appt with instead of someone else in the group who was.
