Scheduling went well. Staff was friendly. Facility was nice and very large (this was my first time going to their new facility). I had previously seen the PA in 2023 for my neck issues but she was unavailable on such short notice. What was going on with my neck was nothing new. I have a bulging disc, and I had recently done something stupid to irritate it which resulted in radiating pain into my right shoulder and arm. Accommodating and friendly staff. Parking might be a challenge otherwise " people friendly "
My care and treatment at Methodist Hospital is always outstanding and excellent! The care shown to the patient by the staff, nurses and doctors is always excellent. I drive from out of town to see my doctors at Methodist because I am so impressed by the service and dedication they have to seeing that the patient receives the best care possible.
