Their answering service is rude. They hung up on me for saying “ok you don’t have to be rude”
What happens when there are concerns regard a cardiovascular procedure or a vital medication? No one to speak to, so many prompts but never get to speak to someone directly. Leave you on hold and get hung up after 10 minutes waiting to speak to staff, or leave messages. Might as well call 911 . 😔
Dr Assi is awesome. He takes the time to explain to my test results and all asking if I had any questions for him. I highly recommend this Doctor for your heart health.
Not only are appointments 3 months out.. but the receptionist I spoke to was very rude and condescending. She was happy to inform me I can't make an appointment because my referral did not have the doctor's name which is ridiculous because they are made that way so I can PICK my doctor. She also made remarks like "don't you think I need to know your Doctor's name so she can send medical records" with a nasty tone.
