Asked for an excuse letter for work for the following day, due to respiratory infection. He writes a letter with wrong date. TWICE. I had to schedule duplicate appointment same day to have it resolved. No way of contacting him due to virtual urgent appointment.
Not responsible for his duty, did not order x-ray until 7 hours later while patient requested discharge. Regret! Patient knew what happened, it is too late, he has run home!!!!
