Dr. Gross has removed my numerous cancerous growths over the years. He is excellent in explaining the procedure, conducts himself very professional and caring. And his suture skills are phenomenal. In addition, a very important aspect for me as well, his office staff and medical assistant are very friendly, sympathetic and accommodating.

Dr. Gross is extremely competent, caring and demonstrates highly professional demeanor. He has performed Moh's surgery on me three times. And I trust his skills 100%. In addition, the staff in his Baptist Kendall location is very kind and helpful. A huge plus in my opinion.

From his initial precautionary words of "expect a pinch and a burn" to the removal of my stitches, Dr. Gross was the ultimate professional who combined his medical expertise and experience with his friendly and informative nature to make my recent visit a comfortable and successful experience. I have had several MOHS surgeries over the past 8 years. Unfortunately, this has been, by far, my worst experience! Dr. Gross is extremely impatient, arrogant and I find him to have no compassion. He does ZERO FOLLOW UP which was astonishing given my more complicated case. He overbooks his surgery schedule as well which only tells me he’s more about the $ he can make. You won’t find his office staff any better, they are very unresponsive. Do yourself a favor, find yourself a better surgeon
