I am unable to rate Dr. Dimitry above 1 star due to a lack of compassion for his patients. This was my second attempt to see him after an initial appointment where he acknowledged that my condition was undiagnosed. Recently, I developed additional symptoms, including a blood clot in my left thigh, and I was understandably concerned. Despite scheduling an appointment, I found myself caught in traffic. I Have to Give at least 2 stars as Dr Dimitry is a Top Notch Doc. He's very Professional and generally seems concerned with his patients. Unfortunately The Office Policy's are Not Top Notch...! Sorry Doc, but I have to voice my concerns as my Cpap gear is held together with staples and duct tape...! I called the medical supplier to ask why I haven't received my supplies in the last 6 months and they told me, This Office was the cause of the delay as they wouldn't approve my Normal Basic Cpap Supply's. Not Only Did they hold ... read more
