Very friendly customer service.
My business partner and I reserved a Friday appointment to open 3 business banking accounts. Princess called me twice to move the appointment up 30 minutes and during this appointment set up, no one told us which items to bring to the appointment. 5 minutes in, our business left this location. They wanted me to look for secure documents on my phone over a public Wi-Fi server. Will not be back to this branch. I blame Princess, not the rep Princess assigned us to.
I just opened an account at the Prospect St branch. My daughter recommended this Credit Union to me as she has been a customer for several years. Jesus Rangel Sandoval the young man who helped me was amazing, empathetic, engaged and patient. I had several issues getting my account set up because I have recently relocated from another state.
