Poor service, the TOM is just as limited as an ATM. States drive through is open 24/7- this is false as well.
The overall quality of service is declining with the credit union. The other day a lender denied a loan for a person with a credit score of over 800 and a six figure Income. Claiming debt to credit ratio - even though the collateral loan was smaller than the value of the asset being purchased And also debt ratio was less than 20 percent of income. 😂 Sad part is that was a manager too. Melissa Peterson is the absolute BEST! She helped me get a new car at a great rate after my old car was stolen twice. She was there for me EVERY STEP OF THE WAY. She went above and beyond what I’d normally expect. I’m almost 100% sure that I wouldn’t be in my current car (that I absolutely love) without her. She is absolutely amazing!
