Phone service is not great. Takes forever to get through automated messages then a bunch of security questions when you get to speak to someone. Total of 5 minutes before I could even say why I’m calling.
The employees do not even make a attempt to go above and beyond for the customers I went to the location on Center St and they definitely went above beyond that's top notch customer service it took one short phone call to verify a check and it was cashed with all funds Appleton Ave location didn't and wouldn't even make a attempt to call and verify the check
Excellent customer service from office to tellers. Security and tellers are readily available. Customer for years and many more years. Thumbs up.
