I will not return to this branch again! The banker was rude and had an attitude.
I was in drive thru today and the teller lost my Drivers License. Issue #1: Manager accused my spouse of taking my drivers license and doing something with it (he was in drivers seat) Issue #2: The teller stated that I never gave her my Drivers license. Issue # 3: I sat in drive through for one hour while the bank was trying to figure out where my Drivers license was. Everything seems great at this location. I was able to pop inside the lobby, complete my withdrawl from my account and go on my way. Didn't have to wait that long, and the teller was efficient and friendly.
