We recently returned from our Civil Rights Journey and what an amazing journey it was... I am grateful for the assistance of Dr. Bradley Vogel, who went way beyond the call of duty to see that our itinerary was specifically tailored to our 48 passengers of diverse ages and abilities, to our tour guide Denise Swaim who, besides being great fun, was extremely knowledgeable about all the sites we visited, and to our bus driver, Ryan McDonald, who made sure we arrived safely during the trip and that all our snack stop needs were... read more
We had a wonderful tour of Washington, DC. Our travel guide Robin was knowledgeable and good with kids. It was a very full two days but we were able to get most of the highlights!
I have had the best experience with ETA and especially Michelle!! She is very knowledgeable on trip planning, and held my hand as the group leader for two different DC 8th grade class trips. She was very responsive to my questions, she kept me grounded in the task at hand by reminded me of the next steps well in advance. Michelle has been in the travel group business for over 20 years! From start to finish, ETA was fabulous to work with! Organized all the way through the planning process and always a quick to reply about a question. Accommodations and tour went great! When it came time to pivot any plans whether it was an outdoor tour due to weather or other ideas, we were able to do so with ease. Thank you ETA for making our trip to DC fabulous!
I cannot say enough good things about ETA. We just returned from a Civil Rights Trail trip with a group of law students in which we explored 5 cites across 3 states in a week. The planning was perfectly executed...flawless! From the start, working with Alicia was so easy. She heard the vision and made it happen. Our guide Denise was exceptional, and our bus driver Tasha was a real pro. I would absolutely use them again, and I highly recommend them to you!
