Horrible customer service especially over the phone. No communication about things sent in the mail and the way to pay your bill is absolutely ridiculous.
I am being required to pay for something which was not in my original loan payment paperwork. It was a mistake by the employee. When i tried to payoff early. i was told oh you owe more than this. When I disputed with my paperwork. i was told they were supposed to add this in to your monthly payments or extend your loan terms an extra 6 months. This should have happened 4 and a half years ago. For some reason today out of all the times I’ve been on the phone to pay my carnote. The customer services I received over the phone was horrible. The MSR/ESFCU can see the last person I talked. Constantly interrupted me. She did not OTP right. Idk how she pulled up my account without asking for acc number or ssn. Then procceed to talk without giving a chance unless im answering the otp questions
