Mr Kentu Vinson is an awesome and helpfull person. He make my day each time i visit this branch .
I am literally leaving a review on every location so no one gets caught in the same mess I did with this bank. Their loans sound enticing with the low interest but BEWARE paying them is the most difficult thing ever. They take autopay out on the last day of the month of the last business day so if you get paid on the first autopay always bounces. The link to pay online goes down once every other month. I came to the BANK to sit down with someone to figure out how much I need to deduct from my paycheck. Suddenly, I hear my name being shouted across the bank only to realize the person who is helping me is trying to get my attention with out actually getting up from his desk. He then proceeds to tell me that he can not help me because he's not good at the math then proceeds to tell me how I can do the calculations on my own to figure out how much needs to be deducted. It just didn't feel good when you wait your turn and the worker chooses someone who arrives after you to service first. I can assume all the reasons and it still doesn't assuage the feeling of being overlooked. I just wish people knew the effects of their actions.
