We were helped by the kindest employee (manager) we could have hoped for. She took her time and helped us complete several tasks we've been working on for two months! (Long story.) I cannot thank her enough. This is the second helpful employee we've worked with at Educational Systems Fed Cr Union.
They switched the app, and both me and my husband cant login due to not being recognized. When I call I get put on hold FOR GOD KNOWS HOW LONG. If I choose the option to be called back, I dont get a call back. Sending multiple emails doesnt so anything because I dont get a response. Im told to use online but its not helpful if im nit recognized. This is RIDICULOUS. Its bad enough i cant get a card that taps and the chip wears out every other month, on top of not being able to use zelle. But now I cant even log in. Im done.
