The WORST BANK I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. (This is the first time I ever said the following statement) if i could give negative stars i would in a heartbeat! And that is saying a lot. Can't get a person on the phone and they make it impossible to update information. I have literally been hung up on 6 times by their answering system. I never wanted to refinance my car but I will in order to get away from this stupid institution!!
The staff always greet me with a welcoming hello and smile. The atmosphere feels like you are in great company. Thank you to everyone at the Cherryhill branch for all you do at ESFCU.
Having trouble making my auto loan payment online when I called customer service I was told I could make a payment but they couldn't help me with my problem online making payments. Jessica Smith at customer service took my payment and then hung up on me. I am very disappointed with this bank I have received no welcome package no information on my loan other then a statement for the loan.
Tha absolute worst bank of you plan on moving! The links to pay my auto loan don’t work. When they take out for autopay they take it out days early and then say I’m late on my payment but the money was there on the first when I was agreed to be taken. Call and you’re on hold for hours, then have to go through the collect a debt speech, I’m trying to pay you!! The absolute worst decision I ever made was choosing this bank! Please steer clear!
