The facility is so old and might be hundreds of years. The water coming out from the pipe contain strange yellow content that easily gets on everything you had. I think the pricing for this student housing is extremely overpriced, i would rent a house next year with same price living on my own

I had no major problems with the building, the only thing that is wildly inefficient is the visitor checkin process. You are only allowed two day visitors and one overnight visitor and the process to sign them in takes annoyingly long (it has zero memory too so you need to sign in the same person every time). Also, the guard would need to stay with the person's ID until they come back down. That would be my main complaint. Otherwise, it was a smooth experience.
