This place is no problem but the branch in Hartsdale is horrible. I am a customer for over 20 years and the service is worse than ever. They don’t answer the phone, no call back, and they are completely understaffed. They are horrible!!!

This is the Worste bank ever they don’t have a 24/7 operation line ! So my card got locked on Friday after noon I couldn’t even call no body so I got stuck with no money until Monday ! They need to work on that they need to get a 24/7 fraud department
Best experience ever and it was all through emails and phone calls. The customer service is out of this world 🌎 and the staff is amazing. Kudos to E&G
