My son was sick and had me go deposit cash for him at the atm. I insert the cash and the machine started counting but ended up rejecting the cash so I take most back but the latch closed before I can take the rest then the receipt said $0 deposited, so basically the atm just stole the rest of the money. Norma was outstanding she went extra
I deposited money into their ATM and it stole almost half of it. The money it ate was not deposited into my checking account. I’ve been trying to reach customer support and no one is answering even though their website says they are available from 7-7pm. Absolutely do not use their ATM.
