Maria was amazing and professional. The only issue is that the atm is down at times.
The manager was very rude .. ended up going to Visalia and they were very helpful and did what needed to be done quickly . Will be going to the Visalia bank for my needs .
My son was sick and had me go deposit cash for him at the atm. I insert the cash and the machine started counting but ended up rejecting the cash so I take most back but the latch closed before I can take the rest then the receipt said $0 deposited, so basically the atm just stole the rest of the money. My son had tried to call but couldn’t get any help. Hopefully you can resolve this. / An update on this incident, EECU has resolved this matter very promptly and professionally.
