The process for drivers education could be better planned out. We received emails with what to bring for my daughter's driving test. We show up with all documents, and was told we needed another certificate. They took my daughters $85 and would not refund nor allow her test to be rescheduled. The driving instructor said you could request a refund online. I spoke to the person that said they were in charge. She would not refund my daughter's money.
Paid for their in person drivers education service in March before the world went crazy. They did try to offer online class and a refund when things weren’t looking good after a couple of weeks, but I asked If we could wait to see if they’d do in person. They weren’t sure when, but hoped they would. So we waited for a return. Then, we forgot because of course things weren’t great for everyone and we had gone though some COVID stuff ourselves.
