TERRIBLE SERVICE. After 6 years of being a customer, I did not expect their very bad behavior. In April 2024, I paid for the entire family's 2023 tax service, hoping they would be registered with the IRS in April 2024, but that wasn't the case. I've been waiting for a solution for 18 months, today august 22/2025 it hasn't been possible. It's absurd and irresponsible.
