I had a leaky Spa. Arrived when they said they would. Resolved the problem in quick time and had what was needed to fix said problem. Even spent time to go next door to a house I'm looking after to check out a faulty pool filter for the owner. Superb service, affordable, great customer skills, all in all a great experience.
The guys at Eduardo's helped me with a warranty job on my chlorinator. When I reinstalled it, an alarm came on. So I gave them a call. In the nicest possible way, they suggested it might be user error and suggested a fix. No way, I thought. But, of course they were right! They managed the issue very well. And the staff were very friendly and helpful. Thanks guys
Wouldn’t use anyone else a local company tried to charge me $1250 to fix the motherboard so I rang Eduardo’s and put me on the right path all that was wrong was a blown fuse which cost just over a dollar so thank you Eduardo’s
Huge thanks to Alan from Eduardo’s Pool & Spa for making our first pool experience such a breeze! He helped with everything — from setup to installing the heater — and now our pool is perfectly warm and balanced. Alan’s communication is excellent, and he’s always so patient and helpful when we have questions (no matter how small!). We’re so grateful for his support and couldn’t recommend him or Eduardo’s Pool & Spa more highly!
The service has always been impeccable until the last request when I sold my property and asked for a quick vacumn only for the new purchases to have a pristine pool. Received a $110 bill for about 10 minutes work to vacumn about 4 leaves and a small amount of dust on the bottom of the pool was disappointing as previously the service was exceptional.
