Knowledgeable, friendly trainer I have been training with Eduardo for about 5 months. I had never worked out before and was looking to add strength and muscle. Eduardo created a plan that included both diet, supplements and our workout routine. I have steadily increased the weight I am able to workout with to a level I did not think I could ever achieve. I am very happy with the results and will continue to work with Eduardo.
