Awful doctor. No bedside manner. Didn’t listen. Non empathetic. Would never go to again.
Terrible…. Firstly, he’s very rude and has no bedside manner. He asks you a question, then cuts you off while you ask to ask another question. You tell him “The inhaler doesn’t work” and he responds “why doesn’t it work?”, maybe because it doesn’t work??? Then proceeds to run out the room so quick without giving a chance to ask questions. He really doesn’t listen to what you say and really wants you out that room ASAP
I have been seeing Dr Velez for the past three weeks. I left there last Wednesday almost in tears he was so rude. Went to the ER Saturday and did a follow up with him today. Brought my husband with me today he too found him very rude, I left there very upset. I’ve never seen a Doctor so rude and NO manners or empathy. I could go on and on but I won’t all I have to say is I’ll never go back to him.
He is the best he does not rush you out of his office until he answers all your questions he would listen to all your concerns. I have COPD and also emphysema he makes me very comfortable and makes me want to go and do exercise without sitting in the house I'm feeling bad for myself George marani
