Our Mom has been a patient at the Aviata rehab center in Safety Harbor where Dr. Palanca is the residing doctor. We have been asking for calls from either him or the Nurse Practioner, Luis, to no avail. She has been going down hill since she was admitted there. It's been over 10 days and still no response. Terrible experience, my brother has been suffering in the hospital for Q 10 days and dr Palencia still has no idea what his problem is, there is no excuse for this ineptitude.
Had an appointment for 1:45 on my way to doctor's office. They called me at 1:35 told me my appointment was 1:30 and they couldn't take me. When I got out of the hospital they said to call them within 10 days to make appointment. I tried two times spoke to somebody that was supposed to call me back to get me settled in 3 weeks later I finally call again to get an appointment and now they say it was 1:30 not 1:45 put in my calendar for 1:45 as I always do positive their office is a cluster.
